Renting a car or van: everything you need to know about 'the first time'
Your first time: for those who have never rented a van or car, it is useful to know a few things in advance. This way you are prepared and avoid unexpected surprises.
Book your car in 3 steps via the website
Choose a car or van through our website. Found it? Click on 'choose this (order) car' for more information and reservation. You will see the most important information about:
- the features of the car or van
- the rates
- The deposit
- how you can easily calculate the total rental price yourself
- the payment options.
You can then quickly and easily make your reservation in 3 steps by filling in the fields.
By phone or by visiting us
Of course you can also rent a van or car by phone or by just walking in. You will hear the rental price and availability right away.
Take with you when picking up a rental car or van
Always bring your (valid!) driver's license and take the deposit into account. On the confirmation of your reservation you will see how high the deposit is and how it can be paid: cash, with a credit card or via a PIN payment. When returning the (delivery) car, the paid deposit will be settled with the rent. Money back? This can be done in cash or via a deposit.
Before you drive away
To eliminate any doubts afterwards, we check the car together for any damage. A good feeling, right?
