Just two questions that we are asked regularly. It makes sense that people ask questions, not everything is on our site. Or you don't feel like looking for the right answer. Sometimes I don't either. Then I quickly call or email.
For anyone who likes to look everything up themselves, we have our FAQ (frequently asked questions) quite extensive. All questions we could think of, and that have been asked to us, are answered there.

Can I also drive abroad with the rental car? If so, do I need to take out additional insurance?
That I didn't think of that. A very logical question, for a car rental company so close to Belgium and Germany! We will definitely add that!
