Pick up rental car

Because you have reserved a car at Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved rental car. This information consists of 4 parts:

  1. Picking up your rental car (this article)
  2. Your rental car insurance
  3. Driving your rental car
  4. Returning your rental car

You only pay what was agreed in advance.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:

If it doesn't work out, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

100% transport guarantee:

If you don't get where you need to be, you don't pay a cent.

Picking up your rental car

When to pick up?
You can pick up your reserved car at the time stated in your reservation confirmation. If you can't arrive until much later than the agreed-upon time, please let us know.

Parking

Our Maastricht location is located in a paid parking area. A day pass costs €6,60.

In Heerlen, Sittard, Roermond and Venlo you can park your car for free.

Deposit

The reservation confirmation you receive from us will state the required deposit upon pickup. The deposit can only be paid by debit card (category A) or credit card (categories A through D).

If you pay the deposit by PIN, the remainder will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days after returning the car.

When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorization is made on your card. After returning, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.

Change or cancel your reservation?

If you do not need the car, you can cancel it free of charge. To do so, send an email to info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
