Frequently asked questions about renting
I only drove 10 km and had to refuel 10 liters. How is that possible?
It may happen that the previous renter did not fill up the rental car (completely). Of course, you are not supposed to pay for that. That is why you can show us the receipt. We will then calculate how much fuel you should have filled up, and we will pay you back the difference.
The costs are higher than expected – how is that possible?
This may be because you have driven more kilometers than expected, or because you have taken out additional insurance.
When will I get my deposit back?
After renting, we will refund the remainder to your bank account within 3 working days.
Do you use small print?
As little as possible. All small print is at the bottom of every page of our website.
Is the price you advertise the all-in price?
We advertise with basic rental prices. This always includes insurance, mileage and VAT. Visit our site or call for the all-in price of your rental period and the distance to be driven.
If I pay the deposit by PIN, will I get it refunded?
Yes, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
