Questions about renting a car from Adrem

If you rent a car from Adrem, we ask for two forms of identification. A driver's license is one of them. The second can be a passport or a European identity card. Furthermore, we need proof of address: a recent payslip, a bank statement or a telephone bill (maximum 1 weeks old).
If you rent a car from Adrem, we ask for a deposit when you pick it up. The deposit is at least €250. For all vehicles, the deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card.
When confirming your reservation, you will be informed of the amount of the deposit for your car and rental period.
When returning the car, the deposit paid is deducted from the rent. Usually you get money back.
- Do you have the deposit with PIN Once paid, you will receive the deposit back by bank transfer.
- If you pay the deposit with a credit paid, you can pay the rent by credit card or by PIN.
- The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
Yes, that is certainly possible. You can park the car in the street (take into account driveways and residents!) and deposit the key in the designated secured key box. The car will be checked by us the next morning. We emphasize that you are responsible until that moment!
Anyone with a valid driver's license may drive the car you rent. We do not charge a fee for this. We do ask you to provide us with a copy of the driver's licenses of the other drivers in advance. If we do not have a copy of all drivers, the rental car is not always insured! Please note that the car is rented under your responsibility. You remain liable for violations and the like as the first driver.
The cars are equipped with a WA and a casco insurance within the coverage area of the green card. Maximum WA coverage is € 2.500.000 per event.
- A day is from 09:00 AM to 09:00 AM the next morning
- A weekend is from Saturday 08:00 to Monday 09:00
- A half day (Monday to Friday only) is from 09.00:13.00 AM to 13:00 PM or 17:00 PM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM
- A half day (Saturday only) is from 08.00:12.00 – 12:30 or 16:30 – XNUMX:XNUMX
- An evening (Monday to Friday only) is from 17.00:09.00 PM – XNUMX:XNUMX AM (Monday to Friday)
- A week consists of 7 days and can start any day at 09.00am
- A Saturday is from 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM
- A Sunday is from Saturday afternoon 16:30 PM to Monday 9:00 AM

In each category there are a number of different brands and types of cars. Within a category there is still a choice. However, we cannot always guarantee that the car of your choice is available. The category you reserve is the most important to us.
If desired, we can deliver a car or van to the location and pick it up again after the rental. The costs of delivery or pick-up are agreed in advance.
