I forgot/left something in my car. How do I get it back?
If you have forgotten something in a rental car, please contact us as soon as possible contact with us. If the car has not yet been rented, we can retrieve the forgotten items as soon as possible. If the car has already been rented, we will contact the new renter. We will ensure that you get the items back as soon as possible. It is of course better not to leave anything in the rental car when returning it.
I want to extend the rental period. How can I do that? What does that cost?
If you want to extend the lease you always have to contact (or call 043-3521100) to ask us if that is possible - the car may also have been promised to someone else. In principle, the rental will continue when you extend. If you do not contact us and you continue to drive the car, we can charge a fine for every day that you continue to drive the car without permission to extend.
What if I hand in early/late? Will I get money back or will I have to pay extra?
At Adrem you only pay for the actual rental days. If you return a car early, you only pay for the rental days on which you had a car. If you rent a car longer, the rental rate continues under the same conditions.
Can I also return a car/bus outside opening hours?
You can return a rental car or van 24 hours a day at any of our locations. When you pick it up, we'll show you the key safe where you can drop the key.
What if we are unlucky?
Most of our cars are new. This means that they are still under warranty from the car manufacturer. If you break down, there is information in the car on how to reach a breakdown service. More information: bad luck on the way
Should we fill up the car?
Yes please! If you rent a car or van, you will receive a full tank of fuel. Then it is also nice for the next renter to receive a full tank of fuel. More information: refueling a rental car
