Because you have reserved a passenger bus with Adrem Autoverhuur, here is information about your reserved bus. This information consists of 4 parts:

  1. Picking up your passenger bus
  2. The insurance of your passenger bus
  3. Driving a passenger bus
  4. Returning your passenger bus (this article)

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:

If it doesn't work out, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

100% transport guarantee:

If you don't get where you need to be, you don't pay a cent.

That's the normal course of events when you rent a passenger bus. I can tell you many stories about people who saw it differently. I will do that later. Promise!

Because you have reserved a passenger bus with Adrem, you will receive information about returning the bus last in this series.

Refueling

If you rent a bus, you get it with a full tank. Then it is also nice for the next renter that it is returned full.

But what do you do if you have only driven a very few kilometers? You always have to fill up with at least 5 liters, right? And nobody notices if you don't fill up? This article explains more about this: Why do I need to refuel a rental car?

Both we and the next renter would appreciate it if you return the minibus with a full tank. If you really don't have the time (or don't feel like it), we can of course do that for you. In that case, refueling costs will be added to the bill (plus the fuel costs themselves of course).

If you think after filling up: "That's a lot of litres for what I've driven", please let us know! We will then calculate whether you had to fill up too much. If so, we will refund the excess amount. Fair is fair!

Cleaning costs

We assume you'll use the passenger van normally, just like your own car. Sometimes we get a van back that clearly hasn't been used "normally." Dirty stains on the upholstery, a foul stench, strange objects still in the cargo area, and the list goes on.

In special, dirty, strange and weird cases we will therefore charge cleaning costs. But rest assured: we only do that in special cases.

Smoking is not allowed in our rental cars. If you smoke, it's best to do so in a parking lot. The next renter will be happy to bring a fresh van. If we notice smoking in the car, we will charge €80 excluding VAT.

 

To hand in

Buses can be returned 24 hours a day, even outside our opening hours. Park the bus near our office, take all your belongings out of the bus and lock the bus. You can put the key in a special key safe. We will explain how this works when you come to pick up the bus.
