Because you have reserved a car at Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved rental car. This information consists of 4 parts:

Picking up your rental car

When to pick up?
You can pick up the reserved car at the time stated in the reservation confirmation. If you can only arrive much later than the agreed time, please let us know?

Parking

Our branch in Maastricht is located in an area with paid parking. A day ticket costs 6,60 euros.

In Heerlen, Sittard, Roermond and Venlo you can park your car for free.

Deposit

In the reservation confirmation you receive from us, it states how much deposit must be paid upon pick-up. The deposit can only be paid by PIN or credit card.

If you pay the deposit by PIN, the remainder will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days after returning the car.

When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorization is made on your card. After returning, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.

Change or cancel your reservation?

If you do not need the car, you can cancel it free of charge. To do so, send an email to info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
