Because you have reserved a passenger bus with Adrem Autoverhuur, here is information about your reserved bus. This information consists of 4 parts:

Picking up your passenger bus
When to pick up?
You can pick up the reserved bus at the time stated in the reservation confirmation. If you can only arrive much later than the agreed time, please let us know?
Parking
Our location in Maastricht is located in an area with paid parking. A day ticket costs 6,60 euros.
In Heerlen en in Sittard You can park your car for free.
Deposit
In the reservation confirmation you receive from us, it states how much deposit must be paid upon pick-up. For all our buses, the deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card.
- If you pay the deposit by PIN, the remainder will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
- When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorization is made on your card. After returning, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.
Change or cancel your reservation?
If you need the bus at another time or another day, we can change that. If you don't need the passenger bus at all, you can cancel it free of charge. In both cases, send an email to info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
