The WA insurance for a rental car is legally required in the Netherlands and all countries within the European Union. This covers damage caused by you to people or property. The insurance only applies to other people's property and does not cover damage to your car.<\/p>\n

Rental car insurance<\/h3>\n

Comprehensive insurance for your hire car ensures that you are largely less liable for damages to the hire car, meaning damages are partly reimbursed. Within comprehensive insurance, a distinction is made between limited and full comprehensive. With limited comprehensive, in addition to third-party liability insurance, you are also insured against theft, damage to the windscreen, burglary, and collisions with wild animals. Full comprehensive is also known as all-risk insurance for a hire car. This is the insurance with the most extensive cover. With all-risk insurance, the hire car is also fully covered against damage, even if you are responsible for it yourself.<\/p>\n
