Rent a car without worries

At Adrem Autoverhuur Limburg we like to make renting a car or van as easy as possible for you. That is why we have listed the most important things you should think about and pay attention to.

Young drivers

Are you younger than 25? No problem. With us you can already rent a car or rent a van in the Stein region from 21 years old – without surcharge. However, you must have held a driving licence for at least one year.

ID card

In addition to your driver's license, we ask for a second form of identification: your passport or identity card. We would also like to see a bank statement or telephone bill with your current address on it. This may also be an email from, for example, your energy bill with your address.

Deposit

For renting a car or van you have to pay a deposit. The deposit will be settled with the rent later. The deposit for cars from category C (small middle class and higher) can only be paid by credit card. For smaller cars and vans you can also pay the deposit by debit card.

Rent a car 7 days a week

Although our branches are closed on Sundays, you can still rent a car or van for Sunday. You can pick up the car on Saturday afternoon and return it on Monday morning. This counts as a normal rental day with us. You can always return it, even outside our opening hours.

Additional drivers

We do not charge extra for additional drivers. Anyone (over 21 years old, more than 1 year of driving license) can drive your rental car. However, for insurance purposes we do need a copy of the driving license of all drivers.

Tank Policy

We have a full-full tank policy. This means that you take your rental car or van with a full tank and return it with a full tank. Keep your fuel receipt. If you have had to fill up more than you drove, because the previous renter did not fill up the vehicle, we will charge you for this.

Insurance and deductible

All our vehicles are WA+casco insured. This means that you are insured for damage to your own (rental) car and damage to others. However, there is always a deductible. You can partially buy this off for an additional premium per day.

Unlimited kilometers

If you have to drive far, it is best to choose a rental price including unlimited kilometers. For shorter distances, it is better to pay per kilometer.

Delivery or pick up

Do you want us to deliver the car somewhere? That is possible. You will then pay a surcharge. You will also pay a surcharge if we have to pick up the car on location.

A cheaper alternative is that we pick you up at home and bring you to the office, where the rental contract can be made. After the rental we can also bring you home. In both cases this is a lower surcharge than having the car delivered and/or picked up.
