I have to confess something to you.
I'm quite lazy.
When I need new jeans, I prefer to buy 3 or 4 at once. That way I don't have to go to town again for a while.
Same with socks: preferably 10 pairs at once in the same color. I don't feel like thinking about which socks to wear in the morning.
Shaving? Preferably once a week, not more often.
I had a discussion today with Elly, my wife, about using coasters on the coffee table. I would rather buy a new coffee table every 5 years than have to use a coaster every time I put coffee, tea or a beer on the table.
That can add up to thousands of times of grabbing a coaster, putting it under the cup and then putting it away again. A waste of all that energy…
Yes, if I'm not careful, there will be rings on the table. But they will be gone in 5 years at most with the new coffee table.
I know: laziness can be a bad trait. Despite being that way myself, I often find it horrible to be around lazy people.
That's why I prefer to talk about being strategically lazy: making complicated things a little simpler in a smart way.
So we tried to avoid renting a car or a delivery van in the Susteren region to make it as easy as possible.
I hope that worked out a little bit. Do you want to experience that?
Feel free to come by of van rent!
