Especially at weekends and on holidays like Ascension Day and Pentecost, it is bustling with activity.
You'll find shops in all price ranges, from budget retailers like Budget Home Store XXL and Beddenreus to more exclusive establishments such as Sijben and Henders & Hazel. So there's something for everyone. In addition to home furnishing stores, furniture shops and interior design stores, you'll also find kitchen and bathroom showrooms, and bed specialists. Yes, you can truly furnish your entire home at the home furnishings boulevard. Even on a tighter budget.
The DIY enthusiast has a choice of two DIY stores. In addition to shopping, real hunger can be satisfied at various food establishments in the home furnishings centre. There is a chip shop, two sandwich shops and a fast-food restaurant. You can also get a bite to eat and a drink in various shops, such as IKEA and the garden centre.

Opening hours and accessibility
Woonboulevard Heerlen is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM respectively to 5:00 PM, and on Monday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Among others, IKEA deviates from these general opening hours and is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 until as late as 21:00, and on Sundays from 10:00 until 17:30.
Besides being accessible by car, Woonboulevard Heerlen is also easily reachable by train. This is thanks to Woonboulevard Heerlen Station, located on the edge of the boulevard. This means you can get to Europe's largest home furnishing boulevard from Maastricht, for example, in under half an hour.
