The Netherlands has been the leader in economical driving for three years in a row (2013-’15). The average CO2-emissions from cars sold. Apparently, it helps us if the government (financially) incentivises us to buy economical cars. Now that many favourable schemes are being abolished again, it will become clear how principled we all are...
