Because you have reserved a van with Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved van. This information consists of 4 sections:

No hidden fees

You only pay what you agreed to upfront.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:

If it doesn't work out anyway, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

100% transport guarantee

If we can’t get you where you need to be, you don’t pay.

Collecting your van

When to pick up?
You can pick up the reserved bus at the time mentioned in the booking confirmation. If you can only come much later than the agreed time, please let us know?

Parking

Our branch in Maastricht is in an area with paid parking. A day ticket costs €6.60.
At Heerlen and in Sittard you can park your own car for free.

Deposit

The booking confirmation you receive from us will tell you how much deposit must be paid upon collection. For all our vans, the deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card.

If you pay the deposit by PIN, the remainder will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days afterwards.
When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorisation is made on your card. After return, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.

Change or cancel your reservation?

Als je de bestelbus op een ander tijdstip of een andere dag nodig hebt, kunnen we dat veranderen. Als je de bestelbus helemaal niet nodig hebt, kun je deze kosteloos annuleren tot 48 uur voor vertrek. Stuur in beide gevallen een mail naar info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
