Frequently asked questions about driving

If you forgot something in a rental car, take it as soon as possible contact with us. If the car is not yet rented out, we can get the forgotten items out as soon as possible. If the car is already rented out, we will contact the new tenant. We will make sure you get the items back as soon as possible. Of course, it is better not to leave anything in the hire car when returning it.

If you want to extend the lease you should always contact (or call 043-3521100) with us to ask if that is possible - the car may have already been promised to someone else. In principle, the rental simply continues when you renew. If you do not contact us and just keep driving the car, we may charge a fine for every day you keep driving the car without permission to renew.

With Adrem, you only pay for the actual rental days. Therefore, if you return a car earlier, you only pay for the rental days on which you had a car. If you rent a car for longer, the rental rate thus continues under the same conditions.

At all our branches, returning a hire car or van can be done 24 hours a day. When picking up, we will show you the key safe where the key can be thrown in.
