Frequently asked questions about renting
I've only driven 10 km and had to refill 10 litres. How is that possible?
It may occur that the previous renter did not (fully) fill up the rental car. It is of course not the intention that you should pay for this. Therefore, you can show us the fuel receipt. We will then calculate how much fuel you should have actually put in, and we will refund you the difference.
The costs are higher than expected – how can that be?
This could be because you have driven more kilometres than expected, or because you have taken out additional insurance.
When will I get my deposit back?
After hiring, we will return the remainder to your bank account within 3 working days.
Do you deal with small print?
As little as possible. All the small print can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.
Is the price you advertise the all-in price?
We advertise with base rental prices. Insurance, the price per kilometre and VAT are always added on top of this. Visit our website or call for the all-in price for your rental period and the distance to be travelled.
If I pay the deposit by PIN, will it also be refunded?
Yes, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
